| Bangkok based IT and Management Consulting company Vision House
has reached an agreement with Rainbow Time - held by a trust in the
well-known Swedish Wallenberg finance family - to purchase a 45 percent
stake in Vision House.
Their acquisition enables Vision House to expand its scope of services and has also made possible the move to a new purpose built office that will better serve Vision House and its customers.

Vision House’ new partner Rainbow Time is also a shareholder in the Thai business portal eThailand and Vision House will use the portal as an important branding and marketing channel.
Intra-, inter- and extranet solutions and multimedia productions are among the areas expanded in Vision House’ present range of services, that also comprise organizational and management consulting on the ‘soft’ people side.
“Vision House now have over 20 IT experts and the best professionals Thailand has to offer. This makes us a more complete IT solutions provider,” continues Mr. Alm.
The short-time goal for Vision House is to build up a stable Thai customer base in the new business areas and secure revenue streams there, while at a later stage export Internet and multimedia solutions overseas. “Vision House has a wide network of business contacts and partners in Thailand as well as in Sweden and the Nordic countries. We are very customer-oriented in our approach and used to listen in and understand what the buyer wants and expects from us. And we have strong in-house management and marketing competence which assures controlled growth, thus avoiding the traps so many dotcoms fell in during the last few years.”
Vision House began operations year 2000. Two examples of larger projects we have undertaken are the airline SAS, that we provide with ongoing IT support in the Asia Pacific and Jotun Paint where we analyzed work processes and provided IT support during 2000.
